潘璟琍，安徽安庆市人，以艺名筱玉琴闻名于世，她是黄梅戏的一位杰出演员，擅长演绎花旦和闺门旦角色。她的艺术成就可追溯到她父亲潘泽海的教导，他是一位在当地颇具影响力的黄梅戏老艺人。
